Ray Luo is excellent! We love his services and are repeat clients for our visits to China. I found, Ana, the driver, thank you, he was on time, car was clean and comfortable and he drove very well ! More importantly, he knew I needed to print critical immigration documents for my trip to China and he found a printing place on our way to the airport !! On a Saturday morning when everything in Kathmandu was closed! He save my day ! Give Ana a promotion!😀 Best

We've booked this "company" for our airport transfer, unfortunately we went over the limit of the allowable baggage (our fault here since we weren't sure but booked it with them anyway) We explained our situation to them and they did not hesitate to accommodate our request. Best service ever.

We’ve always had good experiences with Amy Express, but today was truly exceptional. Mrs. Bell had an exceptional journey with her chauffeur, Zoher, who went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety.
He was incredibly attentive and caring from start to finish. Rather than simply dropping her off, he kindly accompanied her all the way into the station to make sure she was safe and protected from any potential pickpockets. He even stayed until she had cleared customs before leaving—a gesture that truly reflects his professionalism and thoughtfulness.

I would like to thank Amy Express and their chauffeur limousine team in Paris for exemplary service and the high level of professionalism. I traveled overnight from Scotland to London and then on Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord. I booked a limo to take me from Gare du Nord to Gare Montparnasse to change for TGV for southern France. As the UK train was delayed I had to change my Eurostar and TGV trains. Amy Express expediently helped me to change the limousine booking and kept me updated of who, when, where to meet my driver. I was concerned given I am using a cane and had lots of luggage. My worries were unfounded as Amy sent me messages updating me about the whereabouts and location of the driver. Zoher, my driver, met me promptly with an iPad name board and professionally dressed in a suit and wearing a mask for my comfort and benefit. He led me to the Mercedes Van just outside the station which was very clean and polished. He offered me mineral water and was very friendly. Zoher drove me to Montparnasse and helped me find information for my TGV train. As my train was in an hour, Zoher offered to stay with me and helped me get into the train. I really appreciated his offer but once I had my bearings and knew which track to get my train I thanked him and said he did t have to wait with me.
